Year 1 – Cherry Class

Welcome to Year 1!

The Year 1 class teacher is Mrs Pemble

Other supporting adults are:

Mrs Goode, Mrs Chapman and Mrs Bidiss.

We also have three fury members of our class: Lettuce, Rolo and Milkshake, our class guinea pigs! The children really enjoy helping to look after them by feeding them hay, dandelions and fresh veggies such as red peppers and cucumbers. They are also responsible for filling up the water bottles and helping to clean the cage (with parental permission). It’s such a pleasure to see the children enjoying their jobs and piggy cuddles!

Our classroom is fun and engaging and always updated with the most wonderful pictures and work shared by Cherry Class children.
