‘Faith and Endeavour - We believe and do our best’

Term 4

Term 4

We are continuing with The Ancient Romans for this term. We will be continuing our discovering the impact the Romans had on life in Britain. We will be exploring in more depth Roman culture including: religion, entertainment, daily life, homes, architecture, mosaics and artwork. We will discover what legacy the Romans left behind and how they shaped our present lives.

This term in science we will be learning to recognise that living things can be grouped in a variety of ways and learning to look closely at how to classify animals using branching databases. Additionally, in art we will be working in groups to sketch detailed drawings of insects on a larger scale.

PE Kits needed on Mondays and Fridays this term.

Home learning – Learn spellings from personalised spelling mats and complete a Bloom’s grid activity every two weeks. Below is a copy of the Ancient Roman Bloom’s Grid.
